WRITER’S BOOK CLUB — JANUARY
Join us for our first Writer's Book Club (formerly Reading Queensland) session of 2022.
Our January Writer's Book Club will be running with an open theme — Summer Reads. Bring along your favourite read of the holiday period. It could be your go-to beach read, your most recent literary find, or perhaps an unexpected gem.
Due to the open theme, there will be no featured author Q&A event in January as part of the Writer's Book Club. But in February, we will be having Mark Brandi on for an author Q&A to discuss his crime thriller, The Others (2021).
About the Book Club
This is an 18+ event.
Writer's Book Club meets monthly from 6-8pm at Queensland Writers Centre to discuss the craft and technique in featured releases by Australian and Queensland authors. The Writer's Book Club welcomes all writers, editors, and readers looking to learn from the masters. Wine, tea, and coffee are provided, courtesy of Queensland Writers Centre.
