This is a FREE, monthly creative writing workshop for young writers at all skill levels in grade 10-12.

Book through Eventbrite: Youth Writing Saturdays: Grades 10 -12 Tickets

Youth Saturdays is for young people who want to develop their creative writing skills. Whether you are a self-publishing savant or a bookworm who wants to write, come along to Youth Writing Saturdays and meet your tribe.

Topics vary month to month, and are entirely structured by the input from our students.

Do you want to write a Fantasy novel? Let's look at storytelling and worldbuilding.

Do you write song lyrics on your phone? Let's talk about poetry and melody.

Do you want to make movies? Learn how to format a Screenplay.

Learning Outcomes:

This workshop is all about writing and discussion among peers, and is truly shaped by the students. We will be working with a practical approach for our students to reach their writing goals . This is a creative space created by writers, for writers. We are here to listen to your ideas, help you workshop your projects, and read, proofread or edit works you want to submit to competitions.

Looking forward to seeing you!

— Connor and Sebastian
