Overcoming Obstacles In Your Writing
Overcome the obstacles in your writing in order to flourish and publish.
Writers are faced with many challenges when it comes to being creative, getting into flow and writing. Obstacles may get in the way, some of which are externally inflicted (think pandemics, bushfires, moving house) and some are internal (mindset, stories we tell ourselves, procrastination, excuses). So how do you overcome the obstacles that life throws at you and what goes on in your mind to still be able to write and write well? More than that, how do you learn to harness the power of those obstacles?
Kathryn Heyman will share her experiences and the strategies, exercises and solutions she’s used in her own work and to help hundreds of writers overcome their own obstacles in order to flourish and publish.
