Writing Friday at Queensland Writers Centre
We understand that life can get in the way of writing. That is why we have Writing Fridays, a chance for you to get those words down on the page and connect with other writers in your comunity!
Sessions run from 10:00am - 4:00pm every Friday in our workshop space in the State Library of Queensland. The sessions follow the Pomodoro Technique - see below for more information.
Bookings are free for QWC members, but required for each session. Attendees are able to book only a couple weeks in advance.
You’ll receive a confirmation email upon booking in. Please keep this email for your reference as it also contains a link to cancel or change your booking if you are unable to attend. Writing Friday sessions are often booked out, so please cancel ahead of time as someone else might be able to use your seat.
