Slaying Your Synopsis with Pamela Rushby
Arm yourself with the tools you need to craft a synopsis that best captures the essence of your work.
If there's anything that makes a writer turn pale, it's having to write a synopsis. It’s the distillation of your thousands of words of carefully-crafted, meticulously plotted writing into one A-4 page. Yet publishers and agents (bless them) will ask for them, expect them, demand them!
Which means that, sinister as it is, the synopsis is a thing that has to be done. So it's a case of girding your loins, grabbing your sword and sallying forth to meet - and slay - the beast.
And you can slay the beast. There is a formula to help.
In this workshop, you will be given the tools to produce a synopsis that will sing to agents and publishers.
