Mindful Journalling with Caylie Jeffery

Putting pen to paper for heightened focus, peace of mind and emotional regulation.

In this workshop, Caylie will use some interesting techniques in letter-writing and mind-mapping to help you to tap into those thoughts and feelings that sometimes struggle to show themselves, and then resolve themselves. This will help you to refocus and gain a sense of inner-peace — through writing!
