A free writing workshop held every Friday at the State Library. Come write and connect with other writers in your community.
About this Event
Writers write. Even during pandemics.
And at Queensland Writers Centre, we understand that life can get in the way. That is why we have Writing Fridays, to help you cultivate the habit of writing.
Writing Fridays follows the Pomodoro Technique of 25-minute blocks of writing (a 'tomato'), followed by 5-minute breaks and longer breaks throughout the day. 15-minute break for every third break and long lunch break from 12.50pm - 1:30pm.
We are inviting everyone, members and non members alike, to book your space and attend a Writing Fridays session at Queensland Writers Centre, located in the State Library of Queensland.
