Define Your Characters with Ashley Kalagian Blunt

Learn practical strategies to better define your characters and strengthen your manuscript.

Well-defined characters are essential to a successful story. But how do we ensure that the characters who are so alive in our own minds are as vivid and distinct for our readers?

This workshop explores how to craft standout characters with unique voices. You’ll analyse examples and learn strategies to develop your characters. Then, you’ll undertake a series of practical exercises to help you determine where your characters may still need work. By the end, you’ll have the confidence to consider how well written your characters are, and how to make them unforgettable.
